Order Conditions

In case of any cancellations of Gem Stone ordered by customer after the placement of order will attract cancellation charges of 10% of total estimated amount. No cancellations will be considered after the delivery of product. Any cancellation of Gem Stone order by customer after the final invoice sent by us will attract 25% cancellation charges of total invoiced amount.
In case of delayed payment, 2% of interest will be charged per month for delay of payment of balance amount. The delay days will be counted from 10 days after we send the final invoice.
No cancellation or refund will be considered after the goods have been shipped and the tracking number has been sent to the customer.
